FLANDERS, NJ · FAINS PRIVATE DUTY HOME CARE LLC today announced the opening of its boutique private-pay home care operation serving seven New Jersey counties. The firm holds active New Jersey Health Care Service Firm License No. HP0446400 from the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs, Regulated Business Section.

Founded by Irina Fain, who spent seventeen years operating New Jersey home care at scale, FAINS is designed around a boutique model: fewer families per county, continuity of caregiver on the same shifts whenever humanly possible, and a Registered Nurse Alternate overseeing every plan of care at intake and every sixty days as required by state regulation.

Who FAINS serves

FAINS accepts families using long-term care insurance, VA Aid and Attendance, and private funds. FAINS does not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Managed Long Term Services and Supports contracts. Families whose only payment option is Medicaid are referred, without charge, to NJ Choice MLTSS carriers that specialize in that population.

FAINS currently places CHHA caregivers in Morris, Somerset, Hunterdon, Union, Essex, Warren, and Sussex Counties. The firm's physical office is at 230 US Highway 206 in Flanders. Capacity is limited by county; families outside the active service area may join the waitlist at no cost.
